- Orders without confirmation may not be processed

Delivery Attempts
- Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us

Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchange service.
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
- You received the wrong item
- You received a damaged product
- Size issue (exchange subject to stock availability)
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be exchanged.

- Order number
- Product pictures
- Reason for exchange
